Last Wednesday, the second term Parent Teacher Meeting took place at school wherein students, parents and teachers were able to come together and discuss key factors for improvement in the profiles of the students for them to really engage in their learning and prepare for the future. The PTM was conducted from 3-6:30 and was jam packed with academic target enrichments. Many of our own students took up the responsibility to volunteer and guide parents in terms of where to go, when to meet the teacher and how long each meeting took.
All of the students volunteering truly built up their leadership skills, time management, and critical thinking skills. All of these were tested as parents were coming in and out waiting to see the teachers, some getting a little agitated, yet were calmed by reassurance from the students.
Overall, the PTM was a great experience and well improved thanks to all the feedback from parents. We thank all the parents who took time out of their day and invested it in learning about their child's progress and hope that we will be able to see more families there at the end of this term.
