Many times in life, people take their blessings and priveleges for granted; this is why we constantly need to be reminded to give back to the society - this is why we need, SEWA week.
Throughout SEWA week, the whole year 10 participated in many activities such as:
- The anti-litter campaign (where a number of students made sure people wouldn't litter in break and would clean up any trash they would come across)
- The SMILE campaign & Uniform Drive (where people from year 10 volunteered as well as donated in these 2 VServeU campaigns to collect necessities and uniforms to help those in need)
- A number of students spent their breaks with SEN students and enjoyed socialising with them
- All students made heartfelt thank you cards to show their immense appreciation for our hardworking support staff
- Pledges were written on making the world a better place through acts of kindness
- Talks were held in classes about SEWA week
All in all, SEWA week was a tremendous success among the year 10s and taught each one of them a lesson or two.
